Yes — open titip.app in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. On iPhone, copy a post's link and paste it into Titip (Apple doesn't let web apps into the Share menu yet). On Android, install Titip and it sits right in the Share menu.
Their built-in browser can't sign in with Google or install apps. Tap ••• and choose Open in browser (Chrome or Safari) — then everything works.
