Refund Policy

Titip Pro is a one-time payment — Rp 149.000 for a year or Rp 29.000 for 30 days — with no auto-renew. Here's when you get your money back.

Changed your mind? 7 days, on a yearly plan

Ask within 7 days of paying for a year of Titip Pro and we'll refund you, no questions asked — minus the payment fees: the processing fee our payment provider charged for your payment (it depends on how you paid — a few thousand rupiah for a bank transfer, a small percentage for QRIS and e-wallets) and the cost of sending the refund back to you, if any. We tell you the exact amount before we send it. Your Pro ends when the refund is made.

• Once per account. Each account can get one change-of-mind refund. After that, later payments can't be refunded this way.
• 30-day passes can't be refunded once they're paid. They're short and small, and the payment fees would take most of the refund. If something went wrong with one, the next section still applies.

Something went wrong? Always, in full

• Charged twice for the same thing, or charged but Pro didn't turn on — tell us whenever you notice, and we'll either fix it or refund you in full, with no fees taken off.

Everything else

Other payments aren't refundable: a yearly plan after 7 days, a 30-day pass, or a second change of mind. Your Pro keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing renews on its own, so there's never a charge you didn't choose.

How to ask

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp 0856-9351-9996 — tell us the email you sign in with and the order number if you have it. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back through our payment provider, Duitku, to the way you paid where possible — otherwise to a bank account or e-wallet you give us — within 14 days.
